Compass Point

December

2014

Dear Scouter,

The Holiday Season is upon us, the popcorn fundschool's about to take their winter break, and  Circle Ten's Winter Camp will soon be upon us. It's time to get out that cold weather camping gear and get it ready for the short period of time we get to use that gear in this area.

Regards, North Star District

Please pass this code on to the Scouter that will be handling the annual renewing of the charter. Click here for the Internet Recharter tool. District Top Trainer Leader Status

Currently we are at 48%. click on Unit Trainingunder the Training section then select your unit type (PackTroopTeam or Crew) to see if your unit's Top Leader is trained or not.  If they are not, you will also see what training they need to take to become trained.

Remember, to be a "Trained Leader," an adult volunteer needs to have successfully completed all the training as proscribed by National. If you are not sure that you are a Trained Top Unit Leader, a list of the required training can be found at here.  Also remember that training certifications have to be renewed at least every 2 years. The drop this month is due to unit leaders training certifications expiring.
