Schools in session, Join Scouting nights are quickly approaching, now is the time to recruit those new Cub Scouts and start working on the details of your Boy Scout unit campouts and events for the fall.

Cub Scout & Boy Scout Roundtables

We return to our normal process for the Cub Scout and Boy Scout roundtables. First is the joint meeting for announcements and information important to both programs. After that we split into seperate Cub Scout and Boy Scout roundtables to provide program specific information. With the upcoming changes to the Cub Scout program, roundtable is a great opportunity to learn about them and discuss them with other Scout leaders. Boy Scout roundtable is also a great opportunity to share and learn from other Scout leaders.

CUBE

CUBe Experience 2014 registration is open. CUBE is for all Cub Scouts, Tigers, Bears, Wolves, and Webelos Scouts to enjoy crafts, games, BB gun shooting, archery and cooking. There are three different sessions so that everyone can attend at a time convenient for them. The events are coming up quickly, now is the time to register you and your Scout to attend and partake of all the fun.

Currently we are at 60%. click on Unit Trainingunder the Training section then select your unit type (PackTroopTeam or Crew) to see if your unit's Top Leader is trained or not.  If they are not, you will also see what training they need to take to become trained.

Remember, to be a "Trained Leader," an adult volunteer needs to have successfully completed all the training as proscribed by National. If you are not sure that you are a Trained Top Unit Leader, a list of the required training can be found at here
